Description

Nokia Solutions and Networks Oy, operating in Finland under Mobile Country Code (MCC) 244 and Mobile Network Code (MNC) 39, represents a significant player in the Finnish mobile landscape. While often known as NSN or Nokia Networks, the company provides infrastructure and services for other mobile operators within Finland, rather than directly offering mobile subscriptions to consumers. This distinguishes it from networks like Elisa, DNA, and Telia Finland, all of whom serve consumer and business mobile subscribers. Nokia's role often lies behind the scenes, powering the networks that keep Finnish citizens connected. They offer modern 5G, 4G LTE, and legacy 2G/3G technologies to their customer base of Finnish mobile operators.

Finland, located in Europe, is known for its advanced telecommunications infrastructure, and Nokia Solutions and Networks Oy plays a crucial role in contributing to this technological leadership. The MCC 244 designates Finland within the global mobile network infrastructure, and the MNC 39 specifically identifies Nokia Solutions and Networks' operational footprint within that framework. The company has deep roots in Espoo near Helsinki, and its equipment may be found throughout Finland, supporting connectivity in bustling cities and remote Lapland regions alike. It focuses on providing the latest hardware and software solutions to Finnish telecom providers and has been a significant partner in the nation's transition to 5G.
