Description

GLOBALTEL is the primary mobile network operator in Saint Pierre and Miquelon, a French overseas collectivity located in North America & Caribbean. Officially designated with Mobile Country Code (MCC) 308 and Mobile Network Code (MNC) 02, GLOBALTEL provides essential cellular services to residents and visitors of the islands. Considering Saint Pierre and Miquelon's unique geographical situation and relatively small population, GLOBALTEL plays a crucial role in maintaining connectivity and communication within the territory and with the outside world, particularly mainland France and North America.

While GLOBALTEL serves as the dominant provider, it's worthwhile noting the context of mobile communication infrastructure within Saint Pierre and Miquelon. Given the islands' remote location, establishing and maintaining a robust mobile network presents certain logistical and economic challenges. Despite these hurdles, GLOBALTEL continues to adapt and improve its services, supporting the local economy and facilitating crucial links for both personal and professional communications. The MCC 308 and MNC code 02 help uniquely identify GLOBALTEL within the global mobile network ecosystem, ensuring seamless roaming compatibilities where available.
