Numerex, operating in the United States of America (North America & Caribbean), is a mobile network identified by its Mobile Country Code (MCC) 310 and Mobile Network Code (MNC) 440. While not as widely recognized as major national carriers like Verizon (MCC 311, MNC 480), AT&T (MCC 310, MNC 410), or T-Mobile (MCC 310, MNC 260), Numerex carved a niche for itself, particularly in the Internet of Things (IoT) space. Its focus tended to be on providing connectivity solutions for businesses rather than direct consumer mobile phone services.

Historically, Numerex's strengths lay in offering Machine-to-Machine (M2M) communication services enabled by their network infrastructure. This allowed for devices such as tracking units, sensors, and other connected equipment to transmit data reliably. Although specifics regarding Numerex's network coverage in the USA may vary, one could generally expect their solutions catered to industries needing dependable data transmission capabilities as opposed to nationwide high-bandwidth availability, differing from the broader coverage strategies employed by larger networks also present in the United States.
