Sprint
Sprint Corporation, often referred to simply as Sprint, was a major mobile network operator in the United States of America. Operating under Mobile Country Code (MCC) 310 and Mobile Network Code (MNC) 830, Sprint played a significant role in the North American & Caribbean telecommunications landscape. Historically, Sprint innovated with technologies like CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access) and played a part in advancing 4G LTE technology throughout its footprint. Sprint was known for its competitive pricing and diverse range of mobile plans. Unlike some other operators like Verizon or AT&T, Sprint often targeted value-conscious consumers. The company's network covered considerable portions of the United States, though coverage strength varied regionally. In 2020, Sprint merged with T-Mobile US, effectively ending its independent operation, however the name and legacy of Sprint remains a key part of US mobile history.
