Description

Electric Imp Inc., operating in the United States of America (North America & Caribbean), utilizes Mobile Country Code (MCC) 311 and Mobile Network Code (MNC) 460 to identify its network within the global mobile ecosystem. This unique identifier allows mobile devices to properly connect and authenticate with Electric Imp's network. While not as ubiquitous as larger, nationwide carriers like Verizon (MCC 311, MNC 480) or AT&T (MCC 310, MNC 410), Electric Imp carves a niche for itself by focusing on IoT (Internet of Things) connectivity solutions.

Rather than providing traditional consumer mobile services such as voice and data plans for smartphones, Electric Imp's network is geared towards enabling communication for connected devices like sensors, industrial equipment, and smart appliances. The company offers a secure, scalable platform for managing and connecting these devices, distinguishing itself from mainstream mobile network operators. Its services address the burgeoning demand for IoT connectivity across various sectors, offering specialized solutions that cater to a distinctly different market segment compared to the typical mobile network experience.
