Description

SETAR, officially known as Servicio di Telecomunicacion di Aruba, is the primary telecommunications provider in Aruba, a constituent country of the Kingdom of the Netherlands located in the North America & Caribbean region. As the dominant mobile network operator on the island, SETAR plays a critical role in connecting residents and tourists alike. SETAR's network is identified internationally using the Mobile Country Code (MCC) 363 and Mobile Network Code (MNC) 01. This MCC-MNC combination uniquely identifies SETAR within the global mobile network ecosystem, ensuring seamless roaming and interoperability for visiting devices. While competition exists from other providers on the island, SETAR maintains a significant market share and continues to invest in network upgrades to offer enhanced connectivity.

Beyond mobile services, SETAR provides a comprehensive suite of telecommunications services to the Aruban community, including fixed-line telephony, internet, and cable television. The company is deeply ingrained in Aruba's infrastructure and economy, consistently playing a vital role in the countries growth. Regular upgrades, such as the implementation of 4G LTE and ongoing explorations into 5G technology, ensure that SETAR remains competitive. Users often compare network performance and offerings between SETAR and Digicel, the other primary mobile provider in Aruba, when making decisions about coverage and service packages.
