Description

The Royal Thai Police operate their own dedicated mobile network in Thailand, using Mobile Country Code (MCC) 520 and Mobile Network Code (MNC) 09. This network is crucial for secure and reliable communication between police officers and departments nationwide, enabling swift responses during emergencies and facilitating day-to-day operations. Unlike commercial networks such as AIS, TrueMove H, or DTAC, which serve the general public, the Royal Thai Police network is tailored to meet the specific demands of law enforcement, prioritizing security and resilience.

While the technical specifications of the Royal Thai Police network (520-09) aren't publicly detailed, it's understood that this network leverages specific frequency bands and technologies optimized for law enforcement communication needs. Given Thailand's location in Oceania, the Royal Thai Police network must also coordinate with regional telecommunication standards relevant to the area. It's a vital component in Thailand’s national security infrastructure, enabling efficient coordination for everything from routine patrols to managing crisis situations across the nation. Community contributions welcome to expand on the nuanced details.
