Description

Djibouti Telecom SA Evatis, operating in Djibouti, Africa, is the primary mobile network provider in the country. Designated by the Mobile Country Code (MCC) 638 and Mobile Network Code (MNC) 01, this network aims to provide connectivity across Djibouti. As the main telecommunications company, Djibouti Telecom offers a range of services, including mobile voice and data, competing to deliver reliable coverage; however, user reports sometimes cite coverage limitations in more rural regions beyond Djibouti City, often where 2G only is available.

Evatis, the mobile arm of Djibouti Telecom SA, faces competition from other smaller players in the Djibouti market, striving to enhance its network infrastructure and service offerings. While specific subscriber numbers fluctuate, Djibouti Telecom maintains a significant market share. The network frequently introduces promotions and packages tailored to the needs of local consumers, seeking to expand its reach and improve overall customer satisfaction within the Djiboutian mobile landscape. Future network upgrades, including potential 5G integration, remain a key focus for Djibouti Telecom SA Evatis.
