## About HURI

Comores Telecom HURI, operating in the Union of the Comoros, is the primary mobile network provider in this island nation off the coast of East Africa. Identified by the Mobile Country Code (MCC) 654, which uniquely identifies Comoros, and the Mobile Network Code (MNC) 01, Comores Telecom HURI plays a crucial role in connecting the islands' populations. The Comoros, comprised of three main islands – Grande Comore (Ngazidja), Anjouan (Nzwani), and Mohéli (Mwali) – presents unique challenges for mobile network coverage, making HURI's presence particularly vital.

As the dominant player, Comores Telecom HURI offers various mobile services, likely including voice, SMS, and data, catering to both residential and business users. While specific details about their network infrastructure and technology (e.g., 2G, 3G, 4G availability) may vary, HURI's role in bridging the digital divide within the Comoros is undeniable. Competition is limited with Telma Comores being the other provider. Understanding the MCC 654 and MNC 01 is essential for correctly configuring mobile devices and understanding roaming agreements for visitors to this beautiful and geographically diverse nation.
