Description

Voxbone iNum, operating worldwide, presents a unique approach to international telecommunications. As a mobile network, signified by its Mobile Country Code (MCC) 901 and Mobile Network Code (MNC) 24, iNum distinguishes itself by offering geographically independent numbers. Unlike traditional mobile networks that are tied to specific countries, making them country-specific, and require SIM cards, iNum numbers are accessible globally via VoIP, enabling individuals and businesses to establish a presence in multiple locations using a single number.

The innovative iNum model has impacted the telecommunications field across the world. While traditional mobile networks that utilize dedicated cellular infrastructure within each supported country, such as Vodafone (various MCC/MNC depending on country), rely on physical infrastructure, iNum leverages the internet and voice over IP (VoIP) technology. This allows for number portability and reduces the complexities associated with international communications. It is important to note that while iNum provides phone numbers assigned around the world, the service relies upon internet connectivity rather than traditional cellular access networks. This is a crucial difference that affects how the service is provisioned and used.
