Teleena; a Dutch Mobile Virtual Network Enabler (MVNE) operating in the Netherlands and wider Europe. Utilizing Mobile Country Code (MCC) 204, identifying its Dutch origin, and Mobile Network Code (MNC) 07, Teleena carves out its unique space in the crowded telecoms landscape. Unlike Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) such as KPN, Vodafone, or T-Mobile which own their network infrastructure, Teleena partners with existing MNOs (often in roaming agreements or wholesale deals) to provide mobile services under its own brand or empower other businesses to do so.
