About 7acht

Salt Liechtenstein AG, operating under the brand "7acht," is a prominent mobile network operator in Liechtenstein, a microstate nestled in the heart of Europe. As a key player in the nation's telecommunications landscape, 7acht provides mobile services to residents and businesses alike, contributing to Liechtenstein's connectivity within the European context. Its identification through the Mobile Country Code (MCC) 295 and Mobile Network Code (MNC) 02 ensures unique recognition within the global mobile network ecosystem. Alongside Swisscom Liechtenstein, 7acht forms the duopoly of mobile providers within the country, often competing for market share through innovative services and competitive pricing. 7acht’s presence is crucial for Liechtenstein, enabling communication, data access, and various mobile applications for its citizens. While Liechtenstein benefits from its close ties to Switzerland, including economic partnerships and certain infrastructural dependencies, 7acht maintains its own distinct network identity. As with other Liechtenstein telecoms, 7acht benefits from being positioned within a small but highly developed nation, which often allows for rapid deployment of new technologies and comprehensive network coverage, although the limited geographic size does present unique challenges in terms of infrastructure investment and return on investment. The network's reliance on European standards also ensures compatibility with roaming partners throughout Europe and beyond, enhancing the mobile experience for international travelers visiting or residing in Liechtenstein.
