Mobile Communications Company of Iran (MCI), known locally as Hamrah-e Avval, stands as Iran's first and largest mobile network operator. As the pioneering force in Iranian mobile telecommunications, MCI holds a significant market share and a nationwide presence. Operating under the Mobile Country Code (MCC) 432 and Mobile Network Code (MNC) 11, it’s easy to identify Hamrah-e Avval's presence in the Iranian mobile landscape, making it easy for devices and other networks to identify the mobile network.
