Olleh Rwanda Networks (ORN) is a 4G LTE network provider operating in Rwanda, East Africa. Utilizing Mobile Country Code (MCC) 635, which identifies Rwanda, and Mobile Network Code (MNC) 17, ORN plays a significant role in expanding high-speed internet access across the country. Unlike traditional mobile network operators who offer voice and SMS services, ORN focuses primarily on providing wholesale 4G LTE services to other telecom companies and internet service providers (ISPs). This innovative infrastructure-sharing model aims to reduce costs and accelerate the deployment of 4G technology throughout Rwanda, helping to bridge the digital divide. Other mobile networks in Rwanda, such as MTN Rwanda and Airtel Rwanda, provide more traditional consumer services. ORN's focus enables these and other companies to enhance their data offerings without needing to build their own extensive 4G infrastructure. Operating as a wholesale provider allows ORN to concentrate on network efficiency and coverage, ultimately contributing to a more competitive and connected digital landscape in Rwanda.
