Interdnestrcom IDC, often referred to simply as IDC, is the primary mobile network operator in Transnistria, a region internationally recognized as part of Moldova, despite operating with its own government and infrastructure. Operating with the Mobile Country Code (MCC) 255, which identifies Moldova, and the Mobile Network Code (MNC) 00, IDC provides crucial telecommunications services to the region's inhabitants.
