Identified by its Mobile Country Code (MCC) of 405 representing India, and its Mobile Network Code (MNC) 844, Uninor aimed to deliver affordable and accessible mobile connectivity to a burgeoning market. Known for its competitive pricing and innovative tariff plans, Uninor sought to differentiate itself in a crowded Indian telecom landscape dominated by larger players like Airtel and Vodafone Idea (formerly Vodafone and Idea Cellular).
