About Etisalat DB cheers

"Kerala Etisalat DB cheers," identified by the Mobile Network Code (MNC) 917 under the Mobile Country Code (MCC) 405, operated as a mobile network in Kerala, India within the Asia & Middle East region. This unique MCC-MNC combination pinpointed its operational jurisdiction within the complex landscape of Indian telecommunications. While active, Kerala Etisalat DB Cheers aimed to provide connectivity solutions within a competitive market already populated by major players like Airtel, Vodafone Idea (Vi), and Reliance Jio. This contributed to the dynamic mobile landscape of India. The now defunct network once strived to offer mobile services across the Kerala circle, a region known for its high mobile penetration. The MCC 405 is universally assigned to India, and the subsequent MNC 917 further narrows down the operator. While details regarding its specific service offerings, infrastructure, and subscriber base during its active period are increasingly historical, its existence serves as a reminder of the evolving nature of the Indian telecom industry, showcasing both successes and challenges in establishing and maintaining a mobile network in a highly competitive environment.
