AIRCEL Uttar Pradesh (East), identified by Mobile Country Code (MCC) 405 and Mobile Network Code (MNC) 810, was a mobile network operator in India, specifically serving the Uttar Pradesh (East) telecom circle. Operating within the Asia & Middle East region, AIRCEL aimed to provide mobile communication services like voice and data to subscribers within one of India's most populous states.
